01

Connect Garmin and your calendar

Otto reads your sleep, training load, and recovery, and when you are actually free.

02

Otto builds your week

Lifts and runs sequenced so they do not fight each other, sized to your equipment, placed in the gaps you have.

03

It's on your watch

Approve once. Sessions push to Garmin and onto your calendar in the slots that were open.

Not a canned watch program

Planned around your calendar, not in spite of it

Most plans hand you seven sessions and leave you to find the time. Otto reads your Google Calendar, finds the windows you are actually free, and puts the work there. Drag a session to another day and the rest re-fit around it.

Lifting and running in one week that hold together

Heavy legs Tuesday and a hard run Wednesday is how hybrid training falls apart. Otto plans both against the same recovery data, in one week, rather than stapling two programs together.

Plans from actual recovery, fresh every week

A fixed template does not know how the week went. Otto plans from HRV, sleep, resting heart rate, and training load pulled straight from Garmin, and generates each week fresh against what actually happened.

Lands as a structured workout

Approved sessions push to the watch and calendar as structured workouts, not a spreadsheet or a PDF retyped by hand.

Coach's note · week of Aug 3
Recovery metrics (HRV ~42-44, sleep ~68-70, body battery ~72-74) are trending downward from three weeks ago (HRV 54-55, sleep 80-81) despite recent strength sessions showing strong progress (squat 225→240, bench 165→172, deadlift 275→290 over 4 sessions). So I'm holding progression to a modest ~2-3% bump this week rather than continuing the aggressive trajectory, giving the body a chance to recover.

Every week opens with reasoning like this — written from your actual numbers, not a template.

Questions before signing up

Is a Garmin watch required?

Yes. Otto reads Garmin Connect health data and pushes structured workouts back to the watch.

Which watches work?

Any Garmin that syncs to Garmin Connect and can follow a downloaded structured workout. Quick test: if the Garmin Connect app lets you send a workout to your watch today, Otto can too. Unsure? Try the free week — nothing is charged for 7 days.

What about Strava, Apple Watch, or Oura?

Not yet. Garmin is the only supported source today. Join the waitlist below and say which one you use.

Does Otto need access to my calendar?

Yes. Otto reads your Google Calendar events to find the windows you are free and to show your week alongside your training, and writes the sessions you approve. Google Calendar is the only calendar supported today. Your calendar data is never sold. See the privacy policy.

What happens when the trial ends?

The card you enter at checkout is charged when the 7-day trial ends, on the plan you picked. Cancel before then and you are not charged.

Can the subscription be cancelled?

Yes, cancel anytime. There is a 7-day free trial.

What happens to your data?

Data is pulled from Garmin to plan workouts, never sold. See the privacy policy.

Does Otto give medical advice?

No. Otto is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

What happens each week?
